1. Overview
RunRally provides tools for run club organizers to create events, manage members, and track attendance. By accessing or using RunRally, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use RunRally only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not:
- Use the platform for unlawful or harmful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
- Upload malicious code or abusive content
3. Organizer Responsibilities
RunRally is a software platform only. Clubs and organizers are solely responsible for the planning, management, and safety of their events.
RunRally does not supervise, control, or guarantee the safety of any in-person activities or events.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical activities, including running events, involves inherent risks. By attending or organizing events listed on RunRally, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.
RunRally is not liable for injury, illness, property damage, or any other loss arising from participation in events.
5. Intellectual Property
The RunRally platform, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by RunRally. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunRally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RunRally after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
