What this policy covers

RunRally helps run clubs create events and track attendance. This page explains what information we store, why we store it, and how you can request changes or deletion.

Information we store

  • Google sign-in info: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo (if available). We use this to create your account and keep you signed in.
  • Club & event data: Club names, event details (date/time/location), and attendance check-ins linked to your account.
  • Basic technical data: We may log basic information like browser type and IP address to keep the service reliable and secure.

We do not ask for your precise GPS location.

How we use this information

  • To run the service (accounts, clubs, events, and attendance)
  • To prevent abuse and keep the platform secure
  • To improve the product (for example, fixing bugs and performance issues)
  • To respond if you contact support

We do not sell personal information.

Who we share data with

RunRally uses a few trusted providers to operate:

  • Supabase (authentication and database)
  • Google (sign-in)
  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Sentry (error monitoring)

We share only what's needed to provide the service (for example, authentication and hosting). Each provider has their own privacy policy.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and club data while your account is active. If you want your account deleted, email us and we'll delete or anonymize your account data unless we're legally required to keep certain records.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date on this page.
